You really can't beat the classic oxford for a work shirt. Its hard wearing and durable. It's got great texture that doesn't come across as "dressy." The button down collar gives it an even more casual vibe. I wear mine with a crew neck sweatshirt and jeans sometimes. Easy win for when you want to look good... but don't want to be asked all day long, "what are you so dressed up for?"
